Our clients seek Maintenance Agreement Sales Reps to develop new customers through the sale of automatically renewable maintenance contracts. Sales Representatives will be expected to find their own prospects, obtain appointments with those prospects, develop interest in those prospects and sell any of our standard maintenance contract products at approved Company pricing standards. Sales Representatives will understand the total range of Company offerings, assess genuine interest in any Company offering and will hand off appropriate opportunities to designated individuals.
We also seek Project Sales Reps to sell repair, replacement, upgrade and retrofit projects to the existing customer base and manage the installation of all work sold. The Project Sales will be expected to follow up on all opportunities, meet with the customer to determine customer expectations, survey the facility, develop solutions, engineer solutions, estimate the costs associated with providing the solution, propose the solution to the customer, close the business and install the project all within Company pricing and production standards. The Project Sales Rep will understand the total range of Company offerings, assess genuine interest in any Company offering and will hand off appropriate opportunities to designated individuals.
Maintenance Agreement Sales Reps will be comfortable doing a financial sale: Payback Analysis / Cost Justification analysis and you will be selling to the Owner or General Manager. The successful candidate will bring their own book of business and will be able to generate ongoing leads – the company will provide leads perhaps 5 to 10% of the time. Project Sales Reps will be comfortable with various types of HVAC equipment and be qualified to do an equipment audit and begin the process of making recommendations to the prospective client.
